Aims and Objectives

Our primary aim is to empower individuals with the skills and expertise required for success in the rapidly advancing field of laboratory medicine. We seek to accomplish this through the following objectives:

• Postdoctoral Fellowship Training: Offering advanced fellowship training programs for MD/DNB Pathology doctors to enhance their diagnostic and laboratory skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for leadership roles in medical laboratories
• Internship and Laboratory Training: Providing internship and hands-on laboratory training for individuals with post-DMLT, BMLT, Bio-tech, or MSc degrees, equipping them with essential practical skills and experience in various pathology laboratory areas.
• Phlebotomy Training Program: Offering specialized phlebotomy training for science (Biology) graduates, ensuring they gain proficiency in specimen collection and laboratory processes crucial to patient care.
• Medical transcription: RML Academy of Laboratory Medicine offers a course designed to train individuals in the medical terminology and transcribing dictation of medical reports of histopathology and cytopathology department.
